Hello,

im trying to burn AVCHD videos to dvd for playback on my sony blu ray player. im following the guide, and it says to burn the BDMV and the Certificate folders into imgburn. the problem is, my Canon avchd camera doesnt have a Certificate folder. i tried burning it with just the BDMV folder, but my blu ray player wouldnt recognize the disc. Help please??

The Doom9 forums are your best bet for AVCHD help.

We deal with getting the thing burnt (full stop), not with playback.

well i really want to know if there's any solution to burning it without the certificate folder, or if i could make a certificate folder?

Sure, you can just create the folder if you wish.

But what you really need to know is the exact format everything needs to be in for your specific player to be able to read the disc.

None of that is anything to do with ImgBurn and you might find it's trial and error on your part.

Like I said, the Doom9 forum is the place to go for that kinda stuff.
