I've no idea why that wouldn't be coming up. Does the machine totally freeze? So you can't even brink up task manager? It keeps asking me to install Ask toolbar, which I don't want ever. Is it best to uninstall older version, and then install the new version? The page after the Ask one is where it all happens - and by that I mean stuff gets installed. It should have a progress bar at the top and a button saying 'Details' or something similar. It's just when you click the 'Next' button on that page that it hangs? I assume the Ask page stays visible or do you end up with a blank page as it's midway between that one and the installation one?
