Cynthia Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 There is a ver 1.14 of the firmware. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Asus/DRW-1814BL/files.html
Bdraft Posted September 6, 2010 Author Posted September 6, 2010 Thanks for reply, so the problem is due to a bug in the firmware? I want to be sure before make such update.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted September 6, 2010 Posted September 6, 2010 Well, the firmware is in charge of burning the disc. Something about your drive/firmware/media combo isn't working correctly, hence the error. You need to change something about 1 (or more) of those 3 in order to fix it. Cleaning the drive may help too, as could using a different spindle of discs.
