hey, i just installed the latest version of ImgBurn and i tried to make my first audio cd but i got this problem

please help me . Thanks alot

Try a lower speed other than MAX.

 

Try cleaning the lens.

 

Try with different brand of discs.

 

Unless you not have a valid reason you should update Vista to SP2

Thank you for your reply, i just changed the writing speed, cleaned the lens and changed the disk

with no success. i added this screen to show the exact error...

You changed the disc with other brand (eg. SONY, TDK, VERBATIM) or with another blank from that same spindle?

 

Try to find what LIGHTNING UK! suggested.

THANK YOU GUYS YOU'VE BEEN OF GREAT HELP

@ianymaty at first i replaced with another blank disc of the same kind

but now it works with other brand thanks
