cheezy102 Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Ok I'm having a few problems running multiple instances if ImgBurn. I would like to run 3 instances of ImgBurn, all burning different images at the same time. I can do 2 at the same time without problems but once I start a third the DEVICE BUFFER switches between two of the burns. As it rises on one it falls on the other. I have tried burning each image from different hard drives but still getting the same problem. The fact that it is the device buffer and not software buffer suggests it's a hardware issue but I doubt it's the PC; Intel i5 750 OCed to 4ghz, 4gb 1600 RAM, Gigabyte P55M-UD2. My hard drives are SATA running in ACHI mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Do you have anything in your filter drivers list? (you can view it via the 'Fitler Driver Load Order' feature on the Tools menu) Are the 3 burners all SATA too? Are they also on the ICH10R controller?

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 11, 2010 Posted October 11, 2010 Are the two with buffer issues the ones on the gigabyte (jmicon) controller? Have you tried the latest Intel Rapid Storage Drivers - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/detail_desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=15251 and jmicron drivers - ftp://driver.jmicron.com.tw/jmb36x/XP_Vista_Win7/ ?
cheezy102 Posted October 13, 2010 Author Posted October 13, 2010 Have now moved all the burners onto the Intel controller. Also removed SPTD driver. Now it's working great. Thanks for the help!!! Awesome program btw. U should make ppl pay for it
