To fast write speed

Hello!

 

I just noticed that my wriste speed is way to high and i thinks thats why my backed up xbox 360 game dont work

Ill attach a picture, anyone know what can be the problem?

Wow I was just going to make this topic. I actually accidentally had my settings set at max speed and it worked out fine but moving forward I rather be safe than sorry and thus would like to know why it write faster than I requested. I guess I can add my log while I'm at it. Sorry, not trying to hijack as we have the exact same problem more or less.
