Deno0w Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Hi All, I dont know how it happened, but if i want to burn an iso with IMG BURN. It gets stuck at WRITING LEADIN. I tried everything with the hardware.. I cant burn now and that sucks, i never had problems with imgburn before. Can anyone help me? Here is my log: I 18:09:01 ImgBurn Version 2.5.2.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 Update the firmware on your drive. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Samsung/SH-S202N/files.html Try burning at 8x. Using MAX probably isn't doing you any favours. Buy some decent Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden media.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 15, 2010 Posted October 15, 2010 You got some Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden discs? Post the burn log from one of those then please. What chipset does your motherboard use? Or what controller is the drive connected to?

Or what controller is the drive connected to? I tried everything BUT the verbatim discs;), my motherboard is : P5KPL-C/1600 with a chipset intel G31 Express. The HDD cable to the drive is actually a double cable with master and slave(?) thanks a lot!
