LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Load the program without a disc in the drive. Copy + paste everything from the log window.

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Do you have an intel chipset motherboard? If so, install these: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=10884 http://downloadcenter.intel.com/detail_desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=15251 (3rd one down)
wonderpig Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 I do have an intel chipset I installed the first one without any problems The second one had an error message...your computer does not meet the minimum requirements for the software Am I screwed?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Is the drive definitely plugged into a port on the motherboard that's controlled by the Intel chip? Does it work ok if you put a blank DVD in the drive instead of a BD?
wonderpig Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 yeh its in the chipset and it does read blank DVDs
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 Do you just have the one type of BD-R? How about a BD-RE disc?
wonderpig Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 (edited) I only have BD-R and only traxdata. Should i get some BD-RE or some other BD-R Edited October 16, 2010 by wonderpig
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 16, 2010 Posted October 16, 2010 It wouldn't hurt to try Just remember that it's the dye the discs use that's important, not the brand. So buying a different brand doesn't mean you're actually getting different discs Get some Verbatim ones and you should be ok though - they only use their own dye (MCC/MKM) and I don't think anyone else uses it.
wonderpig Posted October 16, 2010 Author Posted October 16, 2010 Ill try and get back to you Thanks for your help
