I/O Error_ No Seek Complete

ok, here's my problem:

1. Tried to burn my image file with Imgburn to a Philips DVD+R DL DVD

Failed (see file IO Failure 1)

 

2. Then read that I had to disable (uncheck) Tools/Settings/Write: Lock Volume, did that but got another fail

(see file IO Failure 2) and log

 

What is it that I need to do?

Oh and re-enable the 'Lock Volume' option. It has nothing to do with your issue.

Thnx for your lightning fast speed answer . On the link I see 2 solutions:

1. But other DVDs (the Philips ones I used aren't that cheap, so I thought I was good there)

2. Update firmware

Should I do both? And how can I update my firmware?
