can anyone plz help me...=(..for some weird reason when i burn a backup i keep trying and keep getting same error...when i start it it works great but i stays one the lead out...even my log stays the same:leadin. my burner makes this wierd noice..and then it makes no noice as if it stopped or something.. th program doesnt stop after tht! i have to open task manger after tht. (i was on a laptop.) then i try to take the cd out..it wouldnt come out! so to take out the cd i hade to restart the computer!! WHTS WRONG!!!

If your drive is having issues (making odd noises etc), it's probably due to:

 

1. You using cheapo media. Buy decent Verbatim / Taiyo Yuden stuff.

2. The firmware on the drive being out of date.

3. The drive needing cleaning

4. The drive being faulty/rubbish.

but dude i tryed it before it was running great as it could ever run...!

i hav burned bout 4 discs already with this program and worked great

and i dont know if i said this before too bu after the problem i got a blue screen saying something (idk wat it said)

=( i dont think anything is wrong with the driver i got it with my laptop...working great...i burned tons of cds and worked great!

this started happening whenn i started using ur program....

plz reply a answer....

and dont reply bout the drivers its ur program

i never in my life seen this erorr

again i saw it when i started using ur program...

You're giving me nothing useful to go on.

 

Programs don't cause BSOD, drivers do that.

 

If you want help, read the pink box up the top and do what it says
