mizzy Posted November 6, 2010 Author Posted November 6, 2010 So your pretty much saying verbatim FTW!!! so i need to go buy some verbatim discs and it will fix my problem?
ianymaty Posted November 6, 2010 Posted November 6, 2010 That is not a certain thing that will fix your problem. It's the last attempt to know if your drive is still alive. If a drive can't burn correctly a Verbatim, it is considered dead (junk) and needs replacement.
mizzy Posted November 7, 2010 Author Posted November 7, 2010 Alright guys it didn't work... Still says cant set L0 data zone capacity.
mizzy Posted November 7, 2010 Author Posted November 7, 2010 Ok i changed the I/O interface put a disk in, Didnt work, But right when i hit cancel i went back changed it back to microsofts and hit write it suceeded. Cynthia Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 If it can't burn Verbatims, I would go for a new burner. Reason: Tracking Servo Failure Indicates hardware related issue.
ianymaty Posted November 7, 2010 Posted November 7, 2010 You still have SP1 on Vista, update to SP2. Leave the I/O to Microsoft. Try burn the Verbatim at 4x. If that still not work, go out and buy yourself a new drive.
