Rorschach
I've been trying to burn an iso game file but every time I get the following error messages... I know that the source file isn't corrupt because a friend of mine has burnt the exact same file on his laptop with no problems. I am using Verbatim, dual layer 8.5g R+ disks, burning at 2.4X and I have in putted the layer break number from the .dvd file. I have read that an update for my DVD RW Firmware could be a solution but I don't see how that is the problem as I have successfully burnt other iso's recently on my laptop without this update. My DVD RW is a HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GT30N ATA Which I can't seem to find firmware updates for on windows 7 anyway. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what could be the problem before I pull out what is left of my hair lol ? Many thanks in advance !! Rorschach
Gahhhh !! I deleted all my logs only this afternoon *facepalm* As soon as I get a similar problem ( which knowing my luck, shouldn't be long ) I will save the log and post it here. Thanks for the reply.
