Twilightning Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 (edited) Lately my laptop DVD writer is a real pain in the ass when it comes to writing DL DVD's. Usually it started to burn after a few attempts, but now I'm lucky if I manage to burn something within a few hours, so I decided to give an external DVD-writer a try. Unfortunately I get another error now. Any thoughts on the problem and / or solution? For the record: I'm using Verbatim DVD+R DL discs and I tried about all speeds I have the latest version of IMGburn and the latest FW for my DVD-Writer I 15:04:07 ImgBurn Version 2.5.2.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted November 26, 2010 Posted November 26, 2010 Don't reuse failed discs. If new discs fail on every speed, either your drive has an issue or there's something wrong with your blanks.
