x-box wont read burnt dvds

I have an external pioneer dvd xd10 dl burner,and i use the verbatim mkm 001-00 media at 2.4x. My img burn log shows no errors, and it burns successfully but when i play the disk it stops at the x-box logo screen and does not continue to load. Is this because i have a slim style external drive, or do i just need to buy another external driver, please help.

Does it burn and verify the disc ok?

 

You should post a log regardless of what you think it shows/doesn't show.
