ImgBurn doesn't appear to read my disc

Hi there. I've just joined the forum, having only recently downloaded Imgburn.

I'm trying to make a copy of a DVD disc containing various Nintendo DS games. I've followed all the instructions given on this site, i.e. going into Read mode, choosing, inserting the original disc and then choosing a desination folder, but the program appears NOT to read the original DVD, and so the big READ button is greyed out and I cannot start the burning process.

The log is as follows:

but the current profile simply states N/A.

Hope someone can help me.

There will be a message written in the status bar at the bottom of the main window. What does it say?

 

Basically, your drive can't read the disc, it's not an issue with the program.
