Rincewind Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 (edited) It burned and verified fine, imgburn did it's job. Nobody here can really help you with your issue, only if the burn failed or failed to verify. Try to google your issue. Also: I 16:54:41 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: MCC 03RG20) (Speeds: 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x) W 16:54:41 Write Speed Miscompare! - Wanted: 5,540 KB/s (4x), Got: 8,310 KB/s (6x) Your media is rated at a minimum of 6x, so obviously trying to burn at 4x gives you this 'warning', it just means that imgburn automatically set your write speed to 6x instead of 4x. Rincewind Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 You're right, but according to google MCC 03RG20 is also used by Verbatim, so doesn't this technically mean that he does have decent media though?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 Yeah they're fine, I just wanted to point out that they weren't Taiyo Yuden as claimed. For DVD-R, I'd still go with TY (TYG02 to be exact) over Verbatim... and the opposite for DVD+R.
