used another PC and it worked, actually, the issue was that my other pc is SLOW AS HELL.

A drive shouldn't have a problem processing that command so it looks like something else is making it get stuck.

 

Check for update drivers for your motherboard chipset/controllers. You might also like to make sure there are no bad drivers listed in the filter drivers list.
