Nakagawa Posted December 27, 2010 Posted December 27, 2010 I faced 'Potential DirectShow Error' when creating audio CD with Windows 7 64bit. First I doubt my computer's environment. So I try to create new Windows 7 64bit environment and install only ImgBurn. But the error was not solved. Then I read the contents of the forum and find somebody's post 'the error is not occurs on network storage'. I put the wave files into another computer's shared folder and burn the CD. As a result, I see 'operation successfully completed'. Further test, I assign drive letter to shared folder of local computer and burn. This result is also success. All folders shearing are made read only. Why these are successfully operates instead of local storage? By the way, set a drive letter by the SUBST command, this is not work well. Do you have any good plan to avoid 'Potential DirectShow Error' using local storage?
