I have a couple of FLAC files on an album that might be 24 bit. IMGburn can't add them to a cue file (as per here - the other files on the album are fine). When I de and re encode them with Flac I get the follwing "WARNING: legacy WAVE file has format type 1 but bits-per-sample=24".

I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the best way to convert them to a flac file that can be burnt onto an audio CD?

Google Audacity, it is an open source sound editor. You should be able to open your FLAC file with it, and dither the file down to 16-bit, 44.1KHz.
