wayne wan Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 I have some blu-ray ripped directory: BDMV and I want to change them to iso file. I use the option "create image file from files/folders". I disable the anydvd I put the bdmv directory in source and use all the default setting to build the iso file. Then I use alcohol to mount the iso. I can see it's recognized as a BD-rom in windows explorer for the virtual drive. However, when I use powerdvd 10 to play it , it said the disk format is not recognize. I've tried to use anydvd to rip a real blu-ray to iso file and it can mounted and play by the powerdvd 10. Is something I'm missing in create the iso file from the imgburn? I only have the directory BDMV and CERTIFICATE. I see a real blu-ray have the ANY! directory . Is it the reason a can't create a iso which can recognized by powerdvd? Thanks for any help!! LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 Mount the ISO in Virtual CloneDrive (5.4.4.3 or newer) and try that.
wayne wan Posted February 20, 2011 Author Posted February 20, 2011 Hi, Thanks for your reply. Just try, but still can't recognize. Wayne
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 20, 2011 Posted February 20, 2011 Then I can only assume there's something wrong with the source files/folders. Try TotalMedia Theatre 5 instead of PowerDVD and see if it has the same problem.
