buildabear Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Hi I've been using Imageburn for years now and I believed it's the best DVD burning software out there. However, last week I've experienced this issue. Here's the log : I 05:58:59 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! Rincewind Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 E 05:59:01 Reason: Access is denied. Perhaps you did not install imgburn with SPTI for all users? Also try reloading the drivers for your controllers. Thats the only thing that comes to mind at the moment.

ianymaty Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Did you reinstalled ImgBurn with the option "Enable SPTI for All Users" enabled?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted February 26, 2011 Posted February 26, 2011 Post your filter driver list please. (Look in the Tools menu) You might want to just try following the DMA post in the FAQ and uninstall the controller from within Device Manager and reboot so it finds the drives again.
