Imgburn Get an error at 99%

Okey, Lets start from the beginning.

I just found my DL cds which has been gone for over an year. Back in the days when i was a healthy imgburner i used to have no problems at all. I burned an imgfile copy for my xbox 360 today without errors during the burn. But when i start the game it doesn´t even start. So the only thing that happends so long with the "succesfull" burned cd is that the xbox logo comes up and nothing else happends. I´ve used these cds before with this exact same burner and got it to work.

I am using a Optiarc DVD RW AD-5170A 1.52

I´d be very grateful if someone could help me solve my problem.
