russ67 Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 Hello, i'm new to ImgBurn.I have just burned a film from my hard drive to disc succesfully(done it twice), both discs will only play on comp.,my dvd player says cant play disc,ps2 doesn't aknowledge dics. Any help gratefully received,i have very basic computer knowledge. Thanks in advance for any replies.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted March 30, 2011 Posted March 30, 2011 ImgBurn doesn't convert stuff so unless your players support whatever format the film is in, obviously it won't play. It would help if you provided a log - as per the pink box up the top

LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 Thanks for the log. The rest of my previous post still applies. If you want a proper DVD Video disc, convert your AVI using something like DVD Flick / ConvertXtoDVD and then burn the result (a VIDEO_TS folder) with ImgBurn.
