7-0 Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Hello - I am able to add ISRC numbers into the text of the cue file, but how do I add the overall cd UPC number. (when cue file is loaded - this appears as unknown - since no process or blank enabled me to enter it). Also - since these forums will not let you search for things that are less than 4 letters long, perhaps you can make your answer "pinned" this is the 2nd year I've needed this info - last year I just did without it. Thanks for your time and help! - Kenny
ianymaty Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 I'm not exactly sure but (anyone who knows better will correct if I may wrong) Open the cue in Notepad and add CATALOG XXX... (XXX... being your number) save and load that cue in Write mode and burn.
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Yup, 'CATALOG' or 'MCN' would work just fine. It's a 13 digit number.
spinningwheel Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 Put "" around your 3 letter search and you'll get there.
7-0 Posted April 11, 2011 Author Posted April 11, 2011 ah - thanks to all of you! While waiting I just entered UPC and the number - it displayed in imageburn's upc entry when I reloaded it. Is this not going to work elsewhere?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted April 11, 2011 Posted April 11, 2011 UPC is for CD TEXT. MCN and ISRC are slightly different in that you can specify them without needing to write a custom LeadIn containing CD-TEXT. Only you know what you actually want on the disc so I'll leave the decision making up to you
