At the bottom of a message: device not ready (medium not present closed-Tray) I've recorded other games and it worked but not this. can it be scratches on DVD? no error in the log: I 15:17:48 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 12, 2011 Posted May 12, 2011 It looks like your drive can't read the disc at all. Try ejecting it and reinserting it a few times (whilst ImgBurn is waiting in Read mode). Keep an eye on what it says in the status bar at the bottom of the main screen. Yes it could be scratches, try and clean it up a bit.
