ikedawg Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 I've burned well over 1000 cd's without issue. I recently, today, fired up my Nimbie to burn some cd's and I'm getting the DirectShow errors. I've done some googling and forum searching, without any luck. If someone could point me in the right direction to start fixing this, I'd appreciate it. It happens when I try to create a .cue file or open an existing one. My files are .wav's Here is my Log file. It looks like I am able to convert them to MP3 files and then convert them back with IMGBURN, but this seems redundant. I can send the file as well, just let me know. Thank you ahead of time for the help. -Jared ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 - Log ; Saturday, 28 May 2011, 19:38:29 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 19:37:31 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! LIGHTNING UK! Posted May 29, 2011 Posted May 29, 2011 My guess is that it's a mono or odd frequency wav file. Check out its properties and let us know. Either way, your system is unable to convert it to the correct format for burning (44KHz, 16 bit, Stereo). p.s. there's an updated firmware for your asus drive - http://www.firmwarehq.com/Asus/DRW-24B1ST/files.html
