WAV + CUE -> gapless live audio CD, but without Track TITLEs

Here's a 0-post newbie with a question. <_< I've burned a few disks, and I've got a question, and despite searching and browsing the forums, I couldn't find the answer.

I have a 45 minute spoken word interview that I edited with Audacity, and created a single long WAV file that plays as a continuous 'gapless' recording.

Furthermore, to enable some navigation, I wanted the listener to be able to jump ahead and back at approximately 4-minute intervals. In Audacity I was able to mark up the audio track with "labels" every 4 minutes, that could be output to a CUE file, and should equate to tracks on the CD.

I took my WAV and my CUE file together and used ImgBurn to very efficiently create the nearly-perfect CD. I've played the audio CD on my standalone stereo equipment and it's gapless and wonderful. I'm very impressed with ImgBurn.

The only disappointment is that I'm not sure what has become of the names of my tracks. When I pop the CD into my computer and go into iTunes, Windows Media Center or Windows Media Play, it seems like all my CUE information never made it into any CD-Text resource on the CD.

Everything is coming up Unknown Album, Unknown Artist, and so forth. Is this because iTunes, Windows Media Center and Windows Media Player are incapable of reading the CD-Text info from the CD? Or is it because ImgBurn never wrote the CD-Text info to the CD?

If the latter, how can I configure ImgBurn to actually write the track names from my CUE file?

Here's what my CUE file looks like now...
