Raben Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Whenever I try to access imageburn it pops up but all the options and mode are unclickable and at the bottom it says searching for SCSI/ATAPI devices. the log goes I 13:36:56 ImgBurn Version 2.5.5.0 started! The final problem is that the program crashes every time I try to close it.

Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 For the stuck device, read this post in the FAQ. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=59&view=findpost&p=972 As for the crash... what does it look like? Are you prompted to send a crash report? Thinking about it, how are you even able to close it if it's stuck waiting for your system/drive to process a command? You might just be running into a standard Windows timeout where it asks if you want to close and restart the app. Post a screenshot or something that will help us see what you're seeing.
