Anyways...I wanted to start burning some game backups...But when I put the disc in my dvd drive..it doesnt even detect it...But any other burned discs (like movies) etc are detected..So Im a bit confused as to why its happening...As far as I know..my drive supports dual layer reading and burning... LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 If it doesn't support the discs you're trying to use, try some others. Well, that or get yourself another drive. (avoid slimline ones, they're rubbish)
sat10 Posted August 22, 2011 Author Posted August 22, 2011 But according to DiscInfo, shouldn't it support these discs?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 There are loads of different types of DVD+R DL discs. Your drive is really old so it'll probably only support discs using the oldest MIDs/dyes.
