spinningwheel Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Tools-Settings-Graph Data tab and look to see that your path for saving graph data is set correctly or tick restore defaults and let ImgBurn set it for you.. If it's not that someone will come along that maybe has a better idea.

W 14:48:38 Write Speed Miscompare! - Wanted: 2,770 KB/s (2x), Got: 5,540 KB/s (4x) FYI your drive burns the discs at I 14:48:38 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RICOHJPN-D01-67) (Speeds: 4x, 6x, 8x) So 2x is not a viable choice, so ImgBurn picks the next available value. Did the disc verify completely? You cut off the log before the final entries. If it did then the disc is an exact copy of the original file.

Are you deleting the info E 15:14:55 Graph Data File: Here should be a path to a location like C:\Users\YOUR_YOUSER\AppData\Roaming\ImgBurn\Graph Data Files\YOUR_DRIVE_NAME... Do you get a prompt with an error? Post a screenshot of it. To restore the default settings in ImgBurn go to Tools > Settings and click the Restore Defaults button on bottom left.
