mom2boys Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 I thought image burner download was free to use from http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download how do I get it to run??I installed it with no problem but I get an error saying I'm not authorized to run it? Please help!! Thanks!

Your antivirus type software might be blocking it. thanks, I thought this too and disabled my antivirus software and firewall to check and it still gives me not authorized to run application error. After I install it,the splash screen shows briefly then disappears??

Rather than trying to disable your AV (which obviously doesn't work properly), try adding an exception for ImgBurn.exe instead. Out of interest, which AV do you use anyway? Lots of them have a 'program control' type area where you define what can and can't run.
