I get these errors from just two verbatim discs,The other 20 worked well.

The supported write speed shows now,but..

Your log shows certain bits of info are sometimes missing from it... so I'd say the drive is having issues initialising the media properly - which means it's also likely to produce a coaster when it tries to burn it.

 

Maybe you just had a few bad disks in the spindle?

 

If you've got a cleaning disc handy, try cleaning the drive.

 

Make sure you try burning at all of the supported write speeds.

 

If all else fails, ditch your current drive and invest in a new one.
