38 Special Posted October 5, 2011 Posted October 5, 2011 Hi. I’ve been using ImgBurn for 3 months now and have to say that it works "great". I have a question though; maybe someone could help me out? I see there’s a new update: Version 2.5.6.0. I’ve downloaded and want to install it, but I want to know what’s the best way. Can I install the update over the current version, or do you have to delete the present version? Also, the current setting that I use, will they stay the same when you update, or do you have to re-set them manually? Any help would be appreciated, thanks for your time. John

Thanks, LIGHTNING UK for the quick and "to the point" reply. I appreciate it. Some programs require you to first uninstall the old version, then reinstall the new one, where with others like ImgBurn, you can just install over the current version.
