Dual Layer DVD Plays on PC, but not TV

Created *.avi file with Pinnacle & stored in PC.

 

Transferred file on PC to Dual Layer DVD, using ImgBurn.

 

DVD will play on PC, but NOT on TV.

 

Please!!! HELP!!!

Does the player connected to your TV support AVI files? If not, that's probably why it doesn't work!

 

Use something like DVD Flick, ConvertXtoDVD or AVStoDVD to convert it to DVD Video format and then burn that instead.

Switch Pinnacle destination to disc rather than file.

 

Tick Create but don't burn option.

 

Burn the resulted directory to disc.
