ImgBurn 2.5.6.0 stop building iso file under Wine/OSX

Hi,

I'm under MacOSX 10.6.6 using Wine.

I use ImgBurn to build ISO from folders to image file as I can't access directly writer from ImgBurn (impossible to detect writer under MacOSX/Wine using any method. I have made many search on Google and all workaround about writer detection does not work).

So I create ISO image file from folders and during building process ImgBurn stop working and show 0KB/s and is waiting something as if ImgBurn was sleeping and sometimes after a few minutes (5 to 15) continue building process and sometimes never continue.

I have tried to :

- change "Read buffer size" on build tab in Settings from 1MB to 256MB to 512MB

- change "Process priority" on read tab in Settings to High

- Use as source an USB disk and as target an internel drive

- Use as source an internel drive and as target an USB disk

- Use source and target from internal drive

- Use source and target from USB disk

- Use Wine with Windows version to Windows XP

- Use Use Wine with Windows version to Windows Vista

... but nothing make the difference.

I have tried to build same ISO images (using same source and target) from Wine command-line using mkisofs to test if had some troubles but all my tests go to the end without any trouble.

I have checked ImgBurn log file but nothing appears about this.

Many Thanks in advance for any advice.

Kind Regards

Moo

Hi,

Many Thanks.

I have updated Wine Engine to 1.3.31 but no difference.

I will try to find some reference about buffer under wine.

This seems to happen only with imgburn because with mkisofs there is no problem.

Many thanks for your support.

Kind Regards

Moo
