jaydub101
I'm trying to create a .img files that are comprised of files that are compressed. I know how to make the .img file with imgburn. I know that imgburn doesn't use compression. I'm trying to create .img files that I can write to a floppy using rawrite, but where the files are compressed on the floppy. Anyone know how to do that? Lots of DOS program install disks are on floppies that hold compressed files, and I'm trying to create images that I can later write to floppies when necessary to install a program. If the original install disks totaled three, I want to use three disks to install it, not five. Edited October 27, 2011 by jaydub101
LIGHTNING UK!
You wouldn't use ImgBurn for that job. Floppy image files aren't the same as optical disc image files.
