DNE (disk not empty) help

Hello, long-time user, first-time poster. I've previously been successful with Imgburn, but lately the product refuses to recognize an empty disk. I am using Memorex (8.5 gb) DVD+R DL. I've burned three games with this format, so I'm certain the disks are usable.

Your drive is returning garbage, it's nothing to do with the application.

 

If you eject and reinsert the disc a few times, I'm sure it'll eventually initialise it correctly and then the program will be able to work as it should do.
