I get "error opening file for writing D:/Program Files/Imgburn/Imgburn.exe" I already checked the md5 of "SetupImgBurn_2.5.6.0.exe" and it is equal to the md5 on your site. They typically default to installing their files in the Program Files directory and that requires the correct permissions. It's got the manifest file to say it needs admin rights - that would be used by UAC under normal circumstances, but of course these aren't normal circumstances and I guess you don't have a UAC aware OS.
