Focus Servo Error / Tracking Servo Error

Hi there, today I've tried burning an ISO on a TDK Double-Layer Disc (there are no shops in the vicinity to sell Verbatim discs),

and I did the usual, closed all unneccessary processes and applications, set speed to 2.4x and left the laptop alone while it was burning.

At 95% a Tracking Servo Error appeared, and when I tried to finalize it, it gave me a Focus Servo Error. Here is the log:

Any suggestions on how to fix these problems? I could burn games just fine earlier, now it gives me this focus servo error all time.
