Slow ISO write rate down

Hi,

i am trying to build an ISO image of a blu ray folder. The issue i am having is that after the ISO is created, it loses audio & stutters. Yet when i play the bluray just from the folder itself, there are no issues. I am playing them on a Patriot Media Box--which can handle blu ray rips---I am backing up my own bluray.

Is there a way to turn down the ISO write rate when you are building an ISO image from files/folders? The file system is UDF & is at 2.50.

Thank You--newhaven

Thanks for the quick reply lightning!

If i play the bluray (m2ts file) from the folders, before i build the ISO, they play fine on the media player. the problem occurs at the ISO building stage & always in the same spot. I have tried building the ISO 3 times now, & it happens in the same spot.

I used BD Rebuilder & the ISO created from BD Rebuilder works fine. I have close to 300 ISO's on the HD that the media player uses & this is the first time I have had an issue. I also have tried streaming the file & iso from a pc, with the same results--so i would rule out multimedia players HD.

Dont really know why? My thoughts were to try slowing the speed down----newhaven

Artificially slowing down the reading/writing to and from your hdd isn't going to make the final ISO any different - it's digital after all :)

Can you try playing the ISO (via a virtual drive) using some proper (licensed) Blu-ray software on the PC to see if it has the same problem? (PowerDVD / TMT etc)
