I burned normally with Ritek media, now used this RICOH and I can not even burn a dvd, I used a Pioneer drive and recorded normally be IHAS Liteon drive that does not accept the media?

Different drives and different firmware versions like different discs.

 

The write speed you select also makes a difference, as do the eeprom/advanced settings you configure within the drive - like how you've enabled 'Force HT'.
