LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 2, 2012 Posted June 2, 2012 Not really... especially as it looks like the firmware version is actually QM62 - as taken from the device identifier you posted above. By learning of the drive's actual manufacturer, what exactly were you hoping for anyway? Even if it is a rebranded LiteOn, the Memorex firmware may have disabled some of the usual LiteOn features/functionality.
houstonlefty Posted June 4, 2012 Author Posted June 4, 2012 Thanks for the response....just trying to make sure I have the settings right in imgburn so it burns CD_ROM?? Am I focused on the right thing or is there something else I should be looking at?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Everything should just work and you shouldn't have to do/change anything. If the program spots an obvious error in the settings then it'll tell you about it. If you tell us more about what you're trying to burn (in detail please), we might be able to help a bit more. Please don't forget there are loads of guides in the Guides forum too.
