Please tell me how can i update the firmware on this drive ,Is there a new firmware available for the above Pioneer drive 1.03 firmware version at the moment ,please some one post a link here so that i can download and update the firmware on it......

Nope, 1.03 is the latest for the 118L.

I am about to build new pc please a advice me a reliable blu ray writer which i dont get coasters on cheap media i mean aone gold plus TDK ,Media range these sort of media which can go well with those writer .Please advice me a reliable blu ray writer and a DVD writer both ,dont know this is the right to place to ask this question but please..........
