davidstipek Posted September 30, 2012 Posted September 30, 2012 Maybe new installs.... Issue is when we have program that is using IMGBURN and it lets us look for updates.... File will download and install on HD... Only! It does not update older version of IMGBURN Why not let the NEW VERSION as it is accessed FIRST... Look for Current Version of IMGBURN and then install to that Directory! Program will work alot cleaner! Might even make some new Customers, (More $$$$) Would really make some longtime users very happy (Might even kick in More $$$) This would be a real Improvement! Keeping ahead of some Companies and Even Keel with others.

boco Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Note if you have a tool with a bundled version of ImgBurn (like DVDFlick) the internal update mechanism of ImgBurn will do no good. It just directs you to the Homepage and lets you download the installer, which will only install or update the installed version. The bundled ones are pretty much standalone/portable and must be updated manually.
