Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) when i read a disc ImgBurn changes the Imb ID to ImgBurn how to I change that to the orginal ID e.g. Daikin U.S. Comrec Lab Edited October 1, 2012 by Adrianvdh
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) Here I open an Image file i read and i put it into to write Mode and it says this after i wrote to a disc Edited October 1, 2012 by Adrianvdh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Well then you've built a new image rather than reading (sector by sector) what was already on the disc.
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 Oh ok so ImgBurn make a clean Image of a disc then..Sorry
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 Yes, if you use 'Read' mode. By the look of it, you've been using 'Build' mode.
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 But How I have be in read mode for all my discs
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 You haven't been in Read mode if the Implementation ID is now 'ImgBurn' in your images (and the source disc doesn't also show 'ImgBurn'). It would only say that if ImgBurn has actually build the ISO (and the file system within it).
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 But i have been creating the ISO from Drives
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 You really haven't. Post me the log where you've read a disc to an image file so I can see the implementation ID before and after the read. There's no code in ImgBurn that can even do what you're saying, so I know it can't possibly be happening!

LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 But that source disc has a file system built by ImgBurn. Get a disc that *wasn't* built by ImgBurn and read that. The ISO created from that (non ImgBurn built) disc won't display 'ImgBurn' as the Imp ID when you load it in Write mode, I promise you.

Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) But my problem was it did it just once to me with the 4.7 GB disc not my other DVDs or Blurays Edited October 1, 2012 by Adrianvdh
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 If that 'Betrayed At 17' was an original rental disc, the people that authored and created the master disc must have used ImgBurn for the job. I bet that 'TOWER_HEIST_G51' ISO doesn't show ImgBurn in the Imp ID field once loaded in Write mode.
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 Oh how to i refresh the Forum to see if someone is said something
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 (edited) No it has... Edited October 1, 2012 by Adrianvdh
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 I a bit confused how do I add an photo the first time a post a message
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 It has what?! That screen shows exactly what it showed in the log when you read the disc. I 21:41:37 Source Media Implementation Identifier: IMPLEMENTATION_ID
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 Wait a minute the orginal discs are make with the move/game on it when its make right? Then how did they use ImgBurn to make that disc or was that disc like a "Prototype"
Adrianvdh Posted October 1, 2012 Author Posted October 1, 2012 But how did Betrayed at 17 have ImgBurn Imb ID set at that
LIGHTNING UK! Posted October 1, 2012 Posted October 1, 2012 You can create a master image for replication/duplication with whatever program you want. They've just decided to use ImgBurn.
