Burning Xbox Game error (The semaphore timeout period has expired)

I am trying to burn Fifa 13 and Dishonored on my xbox but I am getting the following error every time: E 12:31:35 Failed to Write Sectors 4071584 - 4071615 - Reason: The semaphore timeout period has expired.

I tried looking around for solutions but I found nothing useful, Would really appreciate the help or advice for this issue.

The exact cause of the "The semaphore timeout period has expired." error is unknown but we believe it's due to a bad usb enclosure / motherboard chipset combo. Something about them is making the I/O command time out long before it should do. Can't you use your internal drive instead of the external one? If your internal one is useless, replace it with something decent and use that instead.
