error 50% burning xgd3

hi

 

i have been burning xgd3 games lately and im having this 50% error in verify and i notice my verifying rate in 50% goes up to 11 kb

 

and then come down to 0 then the error shows up

 

i use FTI R08 065 dvd's

 

speed write : 2.4x

 

opc : yes

 

burn proof : enable

 

smart burn : yes

 

force : yes

 

over speed : no

 

online : yes

 

buffer size : 80mb

It looks to me as if you're overburning the discs and they just can't handle it. Why not use the discs they tell you to use?

 

When you try and go beyond what something is designed/certified for, you have to expect problems/failures.

 

You can mess around with the drive's advanced settings and swapping firmware strategies etc in the hope it'll work.... but that's nothing to do with ImgBurn.
