same problem as below, layouts dont match burning xgd3 dual layer

i have tried 3 times unsucessfully to burn these games, this has happened since i updated my pc to windows 8, here is the log:

drive is flashed with imax firmware to burn the games and i have never had a problem before, this just started happening when i upgraged to windows 8,
