Can't Get CD-Text

When I make a CUE file I see the Disk and track names in grey if I choose to use tag for the CD text, but it doesn't get transfered to the disk. Same thing if I do custom names. Can't figure it out.

CD-TEXT info is being written, it says so right there in the log.

 

Switch to Read mode and click the 'View Media Information' button. Do you not see the CD-TEXT stuff listed in the window that comes up?

Yeah I saw that it says it's doing it, but it's not. Just says "Track 1".

Can you provide a screenshot of what it says in the 'View Media Information' window please?

 

Please upload the CUE you used when burning the disc too.

As mentioned earlier (post #2), it's the window that pops up when you click the little 'View Media Information' button (in the 'Source' box) when you're in Read mode.

Sorry, it's attached.

 

Again, it looks like it's there. But doesn't show in Windows Media Player, my media player on my Linux box, or the car. The same music shows in the car after burning from Linux.

Windows Media Player can't display CD-TEXT without a 3rd party plug-in.

Wow, it didn't even occur to me that WMP wouldn't read it. Works now. Don't know what's up with teh car but it's good enough.
