Burner replacement seems like the problem fix. Any other options? LIGHTNING UK! Posted January 14, 2013 Share Posted January 14, 2013 In the bit of log you posted, I can't see any erase failures? (I haven't checked the attachment) As the drive is failing to write to the disc, I'd probably go for a full erase rather than a quick one. If that doesn't work or it still fails to write to the disc once it has completed, buy some different (better?) CD-RW discs.
